Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
We ship to the United States only.

- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
- Orders under $50: flat rate $4.99
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at 17track.net or directly through the carrier's website.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.
Where We Ship From
We work with trusted suppliers to bring you quality products at great prices. Items may ship from fulfillment centers located in the United States or internationally. This allows us to offer competitive pricing — your order arrives the same way, just without the retail markup.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at ytmvaikoubou@gmail.com and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ytmvaikoubou@gmail.com — we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
