At Good Boy Supply, we want you and your pup to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


When You're Eligible for a Refund

We'll make it right if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item is significantly different from what was described on our website
  • Your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at ytmvaikoubou@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos within 48 hours of delivery
  4. We'll review your request and respond within 24–48 hours

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We're committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll offer a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, you won't need to return the item — just send us a photo of the damage.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us with a photo and we'll ship the correct item free of charge, or issue a full refund — your choice.


Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem — we'll still work with you.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Once we receive and verify the item, a full refund will be issued

Note: Due to international shipping logistics, we may offer a partial refund (50%) and let you keep the item rather than requiring a return. We'll discuss the best option for you.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been used by your pet
  • Items without original packaging
  • Requests made after the 30-day window

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount

Order Not Arrived?

  • Please allow up to 15–20 business days from your shipping confirmation before contacting us — carriers can sometimes run behind
  • If 30 business days have passed and nothing has arrived, contact us for a full refund

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, we'll refund your original order and you can place a new one.
