At Good Boy Supply, we want you and your pup to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
When You're Eligible for a Refund
We'll make it right if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your item is significantly different from what was described on our website
- Your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of your shipping confirmation
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We're committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll offer a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, you won't need to return the item — just send us a photo of the damage.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us with a photo and we'll ship the correct item free of charge, or issue a full refund — your choice.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem — we'll still work with you.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Once we receive and verify the item, a full refund will be issued
Note: Due to international shipping logistics, we may offer a partial refund (50%) and let you keep the item rather than requiring a return. We'll discuss the best option for you.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been used by your pet
- Items without original packaging
- Requests made after the 30-day window
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount
Order Not Arrived?
- Please allow up to 15–20 business days from your shipping confirmation before contacting us — carriers can sometimes run behind
- If 30 business days have passed and nothing has arrived, contact us for a full refund
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, we'll refund your original order and you can place a new one.
